AParr728: that might be making you thirsty, but i think you should go to the health clinic and have them give you a check up - tell them about being so thirsty too

AParr728: at night is fine, you need the sleep
AndreaNineToes: i was going to go down to the basement with andrea and erin and walk on the treadmill, but i fell asleep instead
AParr728: you might just try sudafed during the day, if you're not coughing all the time
AParr728: the dayquil shouldn't make you so tired
AndreaNineToes: i dont think its the dayquil

AParr728: when someone is really thirsty all the time tho you have to think about blood sugar
AParr728: but probably just too much sudafed
AndreaNineToes: i thought maybe moving around a little would help get my endorphins or whatever moving
AParr728: if you're up to exercising, it won't hurt you
AndreaNineToes: well i havent been taking sudafed in addition to dayquil
