In the gallery of mem'ries there are pictures bright and fair, and I find that dear old Butler is the brightest one that's there. Alma mater, how we love thee, with a love that ne'er shall fade, and we feel we owe a debt to thee that never can be paid.

hi dm!how are you doing?
i'm just writing to say hi - i've been looking for you on yahoo to test out my webcam but i havent seen you online. dirrrrrrrrrrty!i hear you've been riding your bike? how does it do on the road? any spills? have you made it to 100 miles yet? i havent been out on my bike yet but i hope to set up my rollers later this week. any bicycling pix?speaking of pictures, you havent seen my camera cord by any chance have you? i have looked everywhere here once, but i'll look again. i will NOT lose another camera (or its parts). i have some pictures on there i'd really like to post online as soon as i get the cord. oh yes and i dug under the stairs here at butler and found my second memory card, a bunch of warranties for various things, and back-ups of most of my microsoft word documents, some songs, and all of my digital photo collection so yay! the memory card i found is the 16 mb one, and it comes in its own memory card-sized protective cloth case - very swanky.my internship has been going very well, its pretty fun, i get to design a couple of prospective ads for future issues, and as far as their design pretty much they just told me to do whatever i wanted, so yah what they call work i call dinking around on the computer using Photoshop and Quark all day. also my first job of the day is to fill the copy machines with paper - very exciting i know. the first thing i'll have published is the classified ads - its my job to design them for the indianapolis business journal and the indiana lawyer every week. it'll be out this friday and although its not very interesting i'll probably get a copy just to have. its kind of like playing tetris - you have to fit the specific shapes in the page just so or you lose and they yell at you. i started school today, i just had one class but it was pretty hard even on the first day. the professor gave us a pop quiz and i thought it was just a joke so i wrote "A+" really big at the top with marker... and then he made us turn them in...oooooooops. maybe he'll think i was being creative or something...hopefully???anyways, i'd better get to bed 'cause i've got to get up early for my internship and my second (and longest) day of school!!!let me know about that camera cord!take a bath!
love andrea
