i FINALLY got my pictures developed! here's the good ones (ie: the ones with me in them ;) ) i'll have to do this in 2 emails since it will only let me attach so many at a time.the ones called Farm Kids, Frog Game, and Manure Pile are from the Lancaster fair, the one called Fire Truck is me, well when i was really excited to see a fire truck, and the ones called football game are the ones from when DM and i went to see the hawkeyes. too bad he cut off my head in 2 of them, and too bad there arent any with him in them... oh well. oh yah and the one with maggie is from the last time i came back home. i think its in front of pancheros? i'm not sure. anyway, hope you like them!

Back to classes today? Hope you're not too tired after a busy weekend. Jill was just asking if you need a comforter? I know you have the down comforter, but she has a full sized comforter that she doesn't need anymore and is looking for a home for it.Dad is going to the eye doctor this week so we'll get contacts for you then and get them sent before the end of the week. I owe you some puppy chow too since i didn't get it made yesterday!Talk to you soon -

i'd love jill's comforter! you know me and bedding in the winter, the more the better! right now i'm all bundled up and have my sleeping bag wrapped around my waist .... andrea dell says they're turning the heat on in 2-4 hours .... if i dont freeze first!!! i turned on all the lights on in my room and closed the door, and actually its about five degrees warmer in here. ohh puppy chow sounds good right about now, i shouldnt be hungry 'cause i've already had 2 lunches, but hey if you're hungry you're hungry. first i ate with libby and emmalu at atherton cafeteria, and then i went to the lunch meeting with the dean and had pizza. the meeting went relaly well, we just talked about our different classes and what they were like, nothing too in depth. one girl talked about hte washington DC program and how much she liked it, so now i'm all excited about going to try and see about an internship, i'll let you know how that turns ou! t. anyway, off to do all the homework i didnt this weekend!

how's iowa city?you will never guess what happened! when i came back home andrea dell was sitting in the living room with 2 winter coats on and i couldnt figure out what the matter was.... and then i realized it was the same temperature inside as it was outside. yes, our pilot light is not lit. and apparently we cant get into the furnace because there is a lock on it?!?!?!?! so anyway andrea dell is calling the company today, and we're making do by lots of blankets and not spending time at home. i slept with all my blankets, and 3 sweatshirts, and i went and got my sleeping bag out of my car. brrrrrrrr!!!!! anyway just thought i'd give you the update! haha since i have a little free time, not going back to the house for break and all. anyways, i'll let you know how it all turns out. as for now, off to meet libby for lunch! (yes i know, dean lunch at noon but i'm hungry now darn it)miss you!

hi mom!yah i found the beep the next morning, it was my fire alarm with a low battery.... i felt so stupid .... i was sooo tired at work the next day, and i messed up, not a lot of times, but i got yelled at soo much. my drawer was over $5 and they were like you STOLE five DOLLARS from our CUSTOMERS and i was like if i was going to steal it, dont you think i would take it out of the drawer instead of giving it to you? and then i was like um just out of curiosity, when do i get my check, because idont know when the pay cycle is, and they wouldnt tell me. they think its funny to play wiht you like that and i just left instead of coooaxing it out of them. relaly wanted to find another job, but i dont think anyone will hire me working tuesdays and thursdays only, so maybe next semester. i am NOT working only weekends again. i'll just suck it up and probably it will seem better once i'm not so tired.midterms are kicking in and i have sooo much work to do like all at once and then nothing at all. (my last one is friday at 11)i'm driving up to lancaster this weekend, its their annual fair, garrett wants me to try cheese on a stick? so i guess a new experience haha .... i wish iowa was only 3 hours away i'd be there just as often .... but i s'pose fall break is coming up... i'm so excited i cant wait to go home. we dont have school thursday or friday, but i have a feeling i have to work thursday, so probably right after.i'm relaly excited to get that last work check, since i havent got one from panera yet .... i dont s'pose it will get to me before i leave.... ohh well i have enough money left i think. i dont think i'll have enough time to go get a flu shot before next week, but i'll definitely try then. i dunno if i want a haircut when i come home or not? i decided to try and grow my hair out, but its sooo thick in the back, do you think trimming it would make it grow out a ton slower? how's dad doing? is he surviving his first week at home? i look for him online but i guess computer isnt in his list of things to tinker with.... you wouldnt think it would affect his typing, since he only uses one finger anyway :)okay time to get some work done!cant wait to come home and see everyone!miss you!love, andrea
